My Story

ML Notary & More was founded in 2022 with the mission to provide high-quality wedding officiant, notary, and virtual/personal assistant services at an affordable price. I am an experienced wedding officiant who loves working with couples to bring their love story to life and as a notary and assistant help where needed as a notary and personal assistant.

I offer a wide range of wedding officiant services including elopments, microweddings, and formal weddings. I specialize in non -traditonal weddings. I will work with you to create custom wedding vows that meets your specific wants.

Same day appointment. Stay in your car offered when temps are 50 degrees or above. If under will perform inside. 15 min alloted for ceremony and signing of marriage license. Includes basic traditional vows and intent. You return your marriage license to the Clerks office. Late fees charge if over 30 minutes. Payment made before licensed signed.

Same day appointment. Must state intent, includes signing of marriage license. You return your marriage license to the Clerks office. Payment made before signing of license.

Elopment Bride & Groom - 10 Guest Max

$125

Traditional vows and ring exchange. Completing marriage license, at my location or a park with in 5 miles from my location. You return your marriage license to the Clerks office. 30 minutues alloted time. Late fees charge if over 30 minutes. Payment made before licensed signed.

Microweddings and Formal Weddings

Microwedding

$150

Microwedding 11 to 25 guest. Traditional vows and ring exchange. Completing marriage license, at my location or a park with in 10 miles from my location. You return your marriage license to the Clerks office. 1 hour alloted time. Late fees charge if over 1 hour. Payment made before licensed signed.

foRmal weDDING size

Guests: 26 - 99 is $200 (Unless otherwise discussed)

Guests: 100 - 200 is $300 (Unless otherwise discussed)

Anything larger will be discussed at time of meeting.

Formal Wedding Services - Includes personalized vows based on your love story. Fees for travel outside of Clarksville, Montgomery County, TN. with or without a rehearsal (starting point of drive is my location 3124 Trough Springs Rd Clarksville TN 37043):

45 minutes or less one-way travel for Wedding: $100 w/rehearsal $200

45 minutes one-way travel for Wedding: $200 w/rehearsal $300

1 1/2 to 2 hour travel one-way travel: $300

*Over 2 hours may require lodging & meals*

**I arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony and any additional time will be charged. If you need special consideration, please contact me. Delay Fee for late starting ceremonies: > 30 minutes: $50 (due before license will be signed) I will not wait more than one hour. Hiking to wedding site: Price contingent on hike and location. (limited to one mile to/from location) Scheduling restrictions may control wait time and result in inability to conduct ceremony. Full fee forfeited. **
